Our Guarantee
If the physician or executive should fail to commence and maintain employment with Client
and/or practice within the Client’s service area for a period of 90 (ninety) days and such
failure is not due to any willful act or omission by Client, and such failure is exclusive of
death, disability, or military obligation of the physician, eCVMedSearch will recruit another
physician/executive as a replacement with no additional professional fee due to eCVMedSearch.
