• $5,000 retainer - Our retainer covers our initial analysis and project development costs
• $5,000 success fee
• Retainer will cover 5 visits or 10 candidate presentations
• We require a retainer to commence work.

	PRICING: CONTINGENCY SEARCH

• Standard Contingency Fee: $15,000

• Travel – eCVMedSearch staff (if required) and candidate visits
• Procurement tailored specifically for the client
• Compensation consultation/analysis/development
