We require a retainer to
commence work.
- $5,000 retainer - Our
retainer covers our initial analysis and project development costs.
- $5,000 success fee
- Retainer will cover 5 visits or 10 candidate presentations
- Volume considerations will be given
- Travel – eCVMedSearch staff (if required)
- Procurement tailored specifically for the client
- Compensation consultation/analysis/development
- Contract consultation and development
- Complete detailed Opportunity Profile on-line and via telephone interview
- Provide detailed recap of opportunity with recommendations if any
- Candidate interviews and screening
- Conducting Candidate Back Ground Checks
- Conduct in-depth telephone interview with candidates
- General procurement via

- In-house candidate database

basis.

If the physician should fail to commence and maintain employment with Client
and/or practice within the Client’s service area for a period of 90 (ninety) days and such
failure is not due to any willful act or omission by Client, and such failure is exclusive of
death, disability, or military obligation of the physician,
eCVMedSearch will recruit another physician as a replacement with no additional
professional fee due to eCVMedSearch.
