| Niels K. Andersen, President &
CEO |
Niels Kronborg Andersen began his healthcare career in 1980 and since then has
gained experience in healthcare administration, physician recruitment, and finance. He has
held positions in physician recruitment, medical staff development, group expansion and
acquisition, strategic business management, marketing and financial management with companies
such as the Sacred Heart Health System, Franciscan Health System, Merritt Hawkins &
Associates, Merrill Lynch, and Curacare Diagnostics, a division of AMI.
He attended the University of Maryland and National University where he received his
Bachelors of Business Degree with an emphasis in marketing, and has studied Financial
Management and International Business towards his Masters of Business Administration degree.
Mr. Andersen has gained a reputation for introducing proven business skills to the
physician recruitment and provider network expansion industry. A published industry writer,
Mr. Andersen is a contributor to such publications as the New England Journal of Medicine's
Recruiting Physicians Today, Association of Staff Physician Recruiters publications, and the
Physician Recruiter Magazine. Mr. Andersen also has substantial experience in business plan
development and implementation, coupled with a great deal of experience in strategic
partnering within the healthcare environment.
After several years utilizing technology to help integrate proven business methods into the
analysis, management, and planning efforts of healthcare enterprises, he formed KAMedData.com,
Inc.. As the parent company, KAMedData oversees four subsidiaries which collectively provide
technology solutions, consultative support, and industry research throughout the healthcare
continuum.

Clay, Director of Clinical Operations and Human Resources |
Patricia Clay is the Director of Clinical Operations for
ECVMedSearch. Ms. Clay has held a variety of positions during
her twenty-eight year Army career. She has held Intensive Care Unit Head
Nurse positions at Kenner Army Community Hospital at Fort Lee, Virginia,
and as FORSCOM Nurse assigned to the 85th Evacuation Hospital at Fort Lee.
Ms. Clay has served as the Specialty Care Section Supervisor, Critical
Care and Cardiac Clinical Nurse Specialist, and Case Manager at Dwight
David Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Fort Gordon, Georgia. She was Chief,
Hospital Services Department and Chief, Nursing Administration, Days at
Keller Army Community Hospital, West Point, New York. She culminated her
military career with an assignment as Chief, Inpatient Nursing, and as
Deputy Commander for Nursing at Martin Army Community Hospital, Fort
Benning, Georgia.
Ms. Clay holds a Baccalaureate of Science in Nursing from Tuskegee
Institute, Tuskegee, Alabama, and a Master of Science in Nursing from the
Medical College of Virginia, Richmond, Virginia. She is a graduate of the
Army Command and General Staff Officer College. She has attended numerous
military medical courses such as the Executive Skills Course; Advance
Nurse Leadership Course; Clinical Head Nurse Course; Intensive Care
Nursing Course, and Combat Casualty Care Course. She is a member of the
Order of Military Medical Merit, and is a Certified Professional in
Utilization Review. In addition, she has been awarded numerous military
medals, including the Navy Superior Unit Commendation Medal, four Army
Achievement Medal, four Army Commendation, three Meritorious Service
Medals, and the Legion of Merit.
As a member of the management team she is responsible for directing
clinical and technical operations related to credentialing standards,
quality assurance and performance improvement activities. In addition, she
works closely with the President & CEO in formulating and
implementing short and long term strategic goals, and business
development.

| Brenda
Walker, Chief Financial Officer |
Brenda Walker graduated from the University of West Florida with a
Bachelor of Arts in Accounting. Prior to joining the KAMedData
management team, Ms. Walker worked in both public and private accounting
sectors. She worked in public accounting at Nicholson, Reeder & Dempski,
P.A. (Fort Walton) as a staff accountant and auditor and Brown Thornton
Pacenta & Company, P.A. (Pensacola) as a senior accountant. Ms. Walker’s
experience in private accounting was obtained during her tenure with AMC
Tool & Carbide, Inc. as an accountant and office manager. Ms. Walker’s
most recent experience before joining the KAMedData team was as a senior
accountant for Sacred Heart Health System where she was responsible for
the preparation of financials for the Sacred Heart Medical Group and Santa
Rosa Community Clinic.
As a key member of the KAMedData management team, Ms. Walker is
responsible for the day to day financial transactions of the company. In
addition, she closely coordinates with the President/CEO and Director of Clinical Operations in short and long term
financial planning of future company operations.

Viron, Manager of IT Solutions & CSO |
Michael Viron
graduated from the University of West Florida in 2000 with a BS in
Computer Science / Computer Information Systems. During his time at UWF,
Mr. Viron gained first-hand knowledge in a wide variety of areas
including system, database, and network administration; project
management, security, and management of technical staff.
Mr.
Viron is also an accomplished web application developer, having built
and managed several successful e-projects, including the General
Education Online portal, which has grown into one of the most successful
higher-education focused websites in the world. Mr. Viron is actively
involved in furthering his industry involvement, holding memberships in
such varied organizations as the E-Week Reader Advisory panel, the
Computer Society of IEEE, the International Webmasters Association, and
SecureFlorida.
Mr.
Viron’s past experience includes developing and integrating
enterprise-level network management applications for Network Telephone,
a large regional telecommunications company. His technical
accomplishments included implementing web-based administration,
recommending server hardware optimizations and enhanced security
protocols and e-bonding Network Telephone with BellSouth’s regional
service centers to streamline the ordering and provisioning processes.
A
key member of the company’s management team, Mr. Viron is responsible
for day-to-day technical operations companywide; including project
management, administration of the corporate infrastructure, security,
short and long range technical planning, and development.top
