| Niels K. Andersen, President &
CEO |
Niels Kronborg Andersen began his healthcare career in 1980 and since then has gained
experience in healthcare administration, physician recruitment, and finance. He has held
positions in physician recruitment, medical staff development, group expansion and acquisition,
strategic business management, marketing and financial management with companies such as the
Sacred Heart Health System, Franciscan Health System, Merritt Hawkins & Associates, Merrill
Lynch, and Curacare Diagnostics, a division of AMI.
He attended the University of Maryland and National University where he received his
Bachelors of Business Degree with an emphasis in marketing, and has studied Financial
Management and International Business towards his Masters of Business Administration degree.
Mr. Andersen has gained a reputation for introducing proven business skills to the physician
recruitment and provider network expansion industry. A published industry writer, Mr. Andersen
is a contributor to such publications as the New England Journal of Medicine's Recruiting
Physicians Today, Association of Staff Physician Recruiters publications, and the Physician
Recruiter Magazine. Mr. Andersen also has substantial experience in business plan development
and implementation, coupled with a great deal of experience in strategic partnering within the
healthcare environment.
After several years utilizing technology to help integrate proven business methods into the
analysis, management, and planning efforts of healthcare enterprises, he formed KAMedData.com,
Inc. As the parent company, KAMedData oversees four subsidiaries which collectively provide
technology solutions, consultative support, and industry research throughout the healthcare
continuum.

Eric Nickelsen graduated from Pensacola Catholic High School, Florida in 1962 and
from St. Bernard College, Alabama in 1966 with a BA in Business Administration [Minor
Economics]. He was first employed by Citizens & Peoples National Bank of Pensacola in 1966
rising to the position of Chairman, President and CEO in 1997 as only the 4th President of the
100-year old institution.
Upon the C&P sale he was appointed President and COO of Bank South of Pensacola, Inc. and
promoted to Chairman, President and CEO in 1992. After a second merger in 1993, he was
appointed Chairman of Barnett Bank of West Florida, part of the $42 billion Barnett Banks, Inc.
conglomerate. From 1994 he served as the Chairman, President and CEO until the merger with
Nations Bank in 1998.
Currently he is a real estate developer and part owner of John S. Carr & Company, Inc.
as well as being a partner or officer on a number of corporations and partnerships that develop
and sell real estate in Northwest Florida and Southern Alabama.

O’Sullivan III, CPA |
Mort O’Sullivan is the managing partner of O’Sullivan Creel, LLP, the second largest
accounting firm in the state of Florida. He was a founding partner in a predecessor firm,
O’Sullivan Patton Jacobi, which was formed in 1981. He currently focuses on consulting and
management advisory services to clients, while continuing to offer his expertise in litigation
support, business valuations, and mergers and acquisitions. He is also a registered investment
advisor.
Mort attended Washington & Lee University and ultimately earned his Bachelor
of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of West Florida in 1973. He
became licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida in 1975
and began his accounting career with the
international accounting firm Touche Ross and Co. in Atlanta.

Gary Pablo, MD graduated from University of Miami where he majored in Chemistry. He
then went on to receive his medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine in
1978 and post graduate training at Highland General Hospital, Oakland, CA..
In addition to being co-founder of KAMedData.com and it's other divisions, Dr. Pablo is a
board certified Emergency Medicine physician and also the Medical Director of Sacred Heart
Health System Emergency Medicine Services as well as the Medical Director for Emergency Medical
Services for South Walton Fire District, Florida. As a clinical faculty member of the
University of Florida School of Medicine, Dr. Pablo oversees the training of pediatric and
Ob/Gyn residents during their rotation in Emergency Medicine. Dr. Pablo is also a member of the
American College of Physician Executives and is a member of the advisory panels of such
distinguished companies as Spectral Diagnostics, Centacor, and Schering-Plough. Additionally,
Dr. Pablo acts as a consultant to the Ibex Corporation, an electronic medical record company.
Dr. Pablo continues a full time practice while co-founder, and still maintains one of the two
key roles with KAMedData.com.
